I hate to admit it because as much as I want to hate this Hallmark holiday I kind of love it. I am a sucker for any holiday really. Lilly and I are decked out in pink and red today and Tommy and I have always exchanged cards. While Tommy and I do no gifts we did get something small for Lilly and we are starting a new tradition of a family date night. Tonight after work and school we are going to the Dark Horse Saloon on main street (nothing fancy) to have a family date with our friend The Zinks. I am really excited about it.
I did take an early morning picture of Lilly in her cute Valentine's outfit but since I am typing this up real quick on my short lunch break today and didn't have time to upload any- I will have to share later. For now, since I hate posting without pictures, here is a throw back. Vintage Lilly. February 2012.
How cute was she and my how she has grown up in just a year!!! Boggles my mind.
