Christmas Magic!

Looking back, our Christmas was perfect.  I say looking back because well I have an almost 2 year old and a threenager...there were some moments.  BUT overall there was magic, smiles, some sniffles and fevers and just overall joy.  I had 2 beautiful weeks off with my children and some days darling husband was home as well (yea!).  We had a blast.  Daycare drop off was hard the first day back in the New Year.  Even little Tommy who runs from me at school hugged me and cried on my shoulder-NO!  Not the crocodile tears!  Finally here is our Christmas recap!

Lilly was running a low fever on Christmas Eve-she was battling a nasty cold and cough for the few days prior.  I was thankful it ended up going away quickly and she felt MUCH better for Christmas morning/day unlike many of my friends who were posting on Facebook  that they had the flu and stomach bugs.  We went to my moms on Christmas eve so Lilly was happy to relax on the couch with the I Pad.

Tommy enjoyed eating-especially the ice cream and Christmas cookies!

Cookies and milk for Santa!

Last year she started the tradition of sampling one of Santa's cookies! This year was no exception!

Santa came!

Waiting for Daddy to check to make sure Santa came!  (lol)  This year there would have been matching jammies except for the fact that Lilly no longer likes footie jammies because the zipper is 'bumpy'.  Gotta love the threenager!

Here is last years picture-My how my babies have grown!

What is all that!?

Checking out the goods...

Opening gifts with Grammy and Gramps!

Someone loves his sleeping bag!

Furry vest!

At Mimi and Pa's

We had a great day full of fun, family, and laughter.  Really that was all we needed.  The toys were just a bonus.
