Super Moon Baby!

No Super Moon Baby but we did have a SUPER moon!  It was spectacular.

Last night Tommy and I had a date night-our last night out before we will need to get a babysitter!  Ack!  Unless the baby comes before we will have our little one in our arms in 5 days.  Unbelievable.  Here is my date night baby bump at 40 weeks and 2 days:

And here's Tommy's 40 week and 2 day baby bump-doesn't he look handsome?

Tried to get a picture of the two of us-I think I need a tri-pod-maybe the Easter Bunny will bring us me one:

Dinner was great-we went to our favorite chain place-Outback.  It's probably the worst food ever for you but if it isn't yummy!  The last meal before our lives our over our lives change forever!  Blooming onion, steaks, Alice Springs Chicken, and beer (well Tommy had beer-I can't wait to have a beer again!)  We also chose Outback since we were also celebrating the fact that at the end of this month we will have been together for 9 years and Outback was the 'fanciest' restaurant our college selves could afford and really as homeowners soon to have a baby probably a little too pricey for our current budget now.  It was a nice night out together and I just kept thinking that who would have thought 9 years ago we would be sitting back in Outback preparing to have our first baby!

After dinner we drove home to veg out on the couch and watch "Life as we Know it"-kind of a chick flick but pretty fitting!  We also took some time to check out the SUPER Moon which could be seen very well from the common area that backs up to our yard.  We were secretly hoping that the moon would help move the baby along but no such luck.  How cool would that have been to tell the baby about the night he/she was born that the moon was HUGE and FULL and that the moon wouldn't be this close to earth until his/her 18th birthday!  Yowza!  BUT this baby is too comfortable and was probably too busy feasting on Outback to leave last night.

Here are some pictures of the moon...

Since today is the first day of spring we will now officially have a spring baby and an Aries just like Grampy Reese and Mimi Smith....we're (ALL) still waiting Clarence!
