Tommy really enjoyed his first Father's Day. We had such a great day! Lilly gave her Daddy a shot of her from her 3 month photo shoot at Sears-she pulled off the surprise really well! :) She (or mommy) was so excited she couldn't wait til the morning so she had to give it to him on Saturday night.
In the morning we got up and went for a walk on the Ma and Pa Trail and then came home to a yummy breakfast of eggs, sausage, and bagels. My dad and brother stopped by for a bit on their way home from New York-Unfortunately I didn't catch any pictures of me and my dad :( But here is Lilly in her Daddy's day outfit!
We then met up with Tommy's family at the Gun Powder for a family hike. It was hot but it was nice walking in the woods and watching the puppies play in the river! We tried Lilly in the front carrier and faced her outward and she loved it!
After the hike we headed to Tommy's parents to hang out by the pool and cookout. Lilly had her first swim with her Daddy-she wasn't quite sure about it but she didn't hate it! I am sure she will love it in no time!
Dinner was awesome and I had made my home made chipwich's for dessert and they were a hit! Tommy sure loved them-perhaps I will blog the recipe!
What a wonderful day it was! Tommy deserved it. He's a wonderful father and husband-Lilly and I are so lucky!
