This started out as just an 18 week post BUT since I left my camera at my Gram's house AND basically have had no time you get both week 18 and 19 in one!
So you would think week 18 would have been a little less eventful...NADA!!! Hello car accident. Luckily things have worked out a whole lot smoother with insurance than I thought. Everything is being taken car of down to the car seat and all the damages-even if they find surprises after the estimate (which they did!). I was ready to put up a fight. At least that's not the case-whew! I have to say if I wasn't already happy with my insurance (and getting a discount for also having home owners insurance with them) I would switch to this company. A lot less painful then when I had to deal with Geico YEARS ago when someone rear ended me.
So hopefully things in my universe are back to normal and I can move on to having a rather smooth pregnancy.
This week baby kicks are in full force. I am really starting to feel him or her kick more often and stronger. Not fun when the baby is dancing on my bladder though.
This week the baby is the size of a sweet potato-how cute (and yummy!).
I am not having too many cravings yet and not too many aversions. I've found myself not being able to eat a lot so I am trying to eat smaller amounts over time as opposed to big meals. Dinner is the hardest for me. For some reason my appetite for dinner is super picky and sometimes I will be half way through a meal and just be done-it's gross to me. Ah the joys of pregnancy.
Overall I feel good physically. I am trying to work out and walk when I can-lately it's been harder but I am looking forward to having some walking time when I have off for over a week for the holidays. I cannot wait for that!
One thing I am really looking forward to is our big gender reveal! I say girl only because it won't surprise me. Tommy is saying boy. We shall see on Christmas day!!!
Here I am (and Lilly with the photo bomb)-18 weeks along with Baby #2:
19 weeks was a little more calm although the height of the holiday season is upon us. I've been baking, wrapping, and we've been super busy! In just 2 more days we get to find out the sex-I cannot wait!
Nothing too much has changed since week 18-still lots of movement but no outside kicks yet.
I cannot believe I am one week away from being just half way there! This pregnancy has gone by slower and yet faster than when I was pregnant with Lilly. I feel I really haven't had time to really focus on being pregnant chasing after Lilly. She is so active lately. I guess the whole second baby thing kicks in before the baby is even born!
This week the baby is the size of a mango!
Here is bump shot for week 19. Pardon that I am a bit blurry-someone (cough cough my husband) needs to learn to focus!
Now it's time for me to get off the computer and finish the laundry and cleaning so I can relax and enjoy Christmas Eve and Christmas!
