Winter Wonderland Wedding-Part 1

Photos are courtesy of my dad, Paul Reese.  I took some as well with his camera and awesome lens!

Between Christmas and New Years our family celebrated the wedding of my cousin and my now new cousin-Stephanie and Matt (welcome to the family Matt!)  It was a blast to get to see some family I haven't seen in a while and to take a mini vacation to New York as well as enjoy a SPECTACULAR wedding.  I never enjoyed myself at a wedding like I did at this one  (other than my own of course!).  The food, the people, the music, the decor.  The only thing more amazing was the beautiful bride!  Looking back on all the pictures and reliving the evening made me realize how lucky I am to have been blessed with my family.  My family is beautiful!

We arrived the morning of the wedding and we hung out mostly in the lobby with family greeting everyone.  We even took turns in the hotel spa getting nails and hair done before the evening!  I was glad we got there early enough to relax and unwind from the drive and catch up with family before the wedding.

Utz and Great Pop are where it's at!
Sneak Peak at the boys before they left!
We clean up pretty well don't you think?!

My aunt had hired two babysitters for the kiddos to stay at the hotel with Lilly and my cousin's daughter Autumn.  It was nice to have a "date night"!  Lilly had a blast too-we kept getting pictures and videos from the sitters and Lilly clearly was enjoying herself!

My beautiful twin cousins!
My Grandmother, Grandfather, mom, and mother of the groom!
Pre-ceremony cocktails (sparkling water for me please!)
The ceremony was a gorgeous candlelit service overlooking the Long Island Sound.  Breathtaking!
Too gorgeous for words...

The ceremony was beautiful.  Maybe it was the hormones but I was bawling like a baby.  I think it's just because the whole room was filled with love for Stephanie and Matt.  What followed this beautiful ceremony was one HECK of a party-it deserves its own post so stay tuned!
