Some days I look at you and am amazed and thankful that you are mine. You are growing up so fast Lilly bug and learning so much everyday. Your mind is like a sponge! I am amazed sometimes at what you recall. I had a conference with your teacher the other week and she said some great things about you! I think my favorite thing was that she loved your sense of humor! That is one of my favorite things about you as well-you always know how to make us laugh! I am so excited to have MANY summer adventures with you!
Let's take a look at the past 3 months since you turned three:
This spring you really blossomed in to a kid!
You got your ears pierced for your birthday and you were such a trooper!
You learned how to swing yourself!
You learned how to roller skate
You gave up your papi to the papi fairy!
Spring was a time for celebrating lots of birthdays including yours!
You love all creatures big and small and we saw many on our adventures the past 3 months
You started wearing big girl panties to bed and have been doing SO well! You have had only 3 accidents and that was in the very beginning. You are doing so well at getting up to use the potty in the middle of the night if you have to!
The Easter Bunny came!
Your first fishing trip was so much fun even if no fish were caught.
We took advantage of the warming weather to have some fun adventures!
We asked you the other day who Allie was and you said: "Ummm she's my best friend!"
Here are you and Allie with your other best cousin Kelly-The three musketeers!
You had your first dentist appointment and did awesome-no cavities!
You fed the fish at Bass Pro shop with mommy and did so well. You loved it!
We took a road trip to Philly and you had a blast! You tried your first cheese steak, we saw the liberty bell, and ran up the Rocky stairs!
We had a family dinner on the bay at Sunset Cove-had fun listening to the band and playing in the sand-you and your brother are party animals!
You and your brother were sick at the same time and you were a trooper (thank goodness because your brother was not!) First case of strep throat!
This spring you started Little Laxers at school and mommy and daddy were able to come to your last 'game'-you did so well! I think we may have a little athlete on our hands. After we got our first snowball of the summer!
We celebrated Father's Day with our traditional Waffle House breakfast and then we went to Kilgore Falls to hike and splash in the water. The water was so cold but it was a blast!
You ARE a Daddy's girl-you two are so goofy together!
You have mastered the selfie!
Your little brother looks up to you so much!! I love that you two play together more now!
You love school and your teachers. Ms. Lilliana teaches you Spainish!
At school you have the best Weekend Updates (In my opinion of course!)
Some weekends, she really doesn't do anything!
I must have missed a few weeks in between but these are all of the ones I have so far. I try to take a picture of it every Monday so I can save these to put in your year book! You had your first crab-you didn't eat it but you sure banged the heck out of it-maybe next year you will be ready for a lesson from Daddy and Pa!
In addition to your first crab you also had your first s'more! You weren't too crazy about the marshmallow part although you loved the chocolate!
Love you sweetie! Can't wait for the next 3 months of adventures. Next update: September 25th!
