Day 2

So Day two I was a bit more tired but thank goodness for a two hour nap!  Today was another great day.  Only one tantrum from Lilly.  We even had a play date before lunch and that was just what she needed.  We will definitely be doing more of those!  

On the potty training front Lilly had another day with no accidents and only wearing a pull up or diaper at nap and bed time,  to celebrate when Tommy got home he played with her outside and even bought her a snowball from the snowball man (we have one of those AND an ice cream man) she was a little sticky so Tommy squirted her with the hose and she had a blast!  We may have to bust out the sprinkler and bathing suit soon!  

Thomas was great although a little more fussy today but nothing unbearable.  He nursed a lot.  Growing maybe?  I know there is a growth spurt around 3 weeks so we are just about there.  It was also hot and I think part of it was that he was thirsty.  When I get around to it I will have to post some pictures of our day.  Just before Tommy got home Lilly and I were eating carrots and ranch dip.  Little Tommy needed to be nursed and before I knew it Lilly had the entire container of dip and was eating it straight up with her fingers.  She even smiled and told me to take a picture.  This kid knows me too well.  All I could do was laugh and let her do it and I was able to take a few pictures.  

I don't plan on updating everyday but I did want to document this first week.  So far so good and I am looking forward to being able to get out more as the summer progresses.  I have my follow up OB appointment June 5th so hopefully all is well. I am looking forward to start adding in some exercising!
